Changed your mind?
Let us know you want to cancel or discuss a return. Include your order number so we can identify the exact items.
Something’s not right?
Describe what you have found. If possible, include photos of the wheel, packaging and any relevant labels.
A fitment question?
Share the car’s make, model, year and any brake or suspension changes, plus the wheel specification supplied.
LESS BACK-AND-FORTH. MORE USEFUL DETAILS.
The short route
to a clear answer.
You do not need to know the technical term for a problem. Tell us what you have noticed.

Bring the order details.
Your order number, the item involved and a clear description are the best starting point. Photos are useful if available.
02
Keep the wheel safe.
If you have spotted a problem, avoid fitting, modifying or using the wheel while we work through the issue. Keep the packaging if you can.
03
Plan the return route.
Ask us to confirm the correct destination and practical shipping arrangements before sending anything. You can still tell us you wish to cancel straight away.

THE DETAILS DESERVE A SECOND LOOK.
A LITTLE CHECK NOW. FEWER QUESTIONS LATER.
Before the
first fitting.
Compare each wheel with the order details and inspect it before tyres are mounted or the wheel is fitted to the car.
Read the wheel markings and compare the sizes and finish.
Look closely at the rim, spokes and barrel for anything unexpected.
If something does not look right, pause and speak to us.
These checks are practical advice. They do not limit your statutory rights.
CLEAR INFORMATION. NO GUESSWORK.
Returns.
A few answers.
General information for UK consumer purchases, alongside practical help with your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can I cancel an online order if I change my mind?
For most online consumer purchases, you can tell the seller you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, then have a further 14 days to return them. Exceptions can apply. See the GOV.UK returns guidance for the general rules and contact us about your order.
Are custom-made items treated differently?
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised can be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not remove rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
What if a wheel is faulty, damaged or not as described?
Contact us with your order number and explain the issue. Include photographs if possible, but get in touch even if you cannot provide them. Change-of-mind rules and rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are different; custom-made status does not remove those statutory rights.
Where should I send a return?
Contact support@nicesetmate.co.uk to confirm the correct return destination and shipping arrangements. Do not send wheels to a supplier’s overseas address or an address found on a parcel without checking with us first. This does not prevent you from notifying us that you want to cancel.
Do I need the original packaging?
Keep it where possible: wheel faces and rims need careful protection in transit. If the original packaging is unavailable, contact us to discuss suitable protection. Original packaging is not a condition of your statutory rights for faulty goods.
