DELIVERY. A LITTLE FORWARD THINKING.
NEXT STOP.
YOUR CAR.
From the wheel on your shortlist to the day it meets the car. A few practical details make all the difference.
Ask about delivery →Wheels first. Fitting appointment second.
Wait until your wheels have arrived and been checked before booking them in.
BEFORE YOU MAKE IT OFFICIAL.
Good plans.
Better arrivals.
The design is the exciting bit. The postcode, access and timing are the details worth thinking through as well.
Start with the destination.
Give us the delivery postcode and let us know about access restrictions, a business address or anything that could affect receipt.
Leave room in the diary.
Lead times can depend on the exact wheel configuration and delivery destination. If you have an event or fitting date in mind, raise it before ordering.
Look at the whole picture.
Check the delivery service, any delivery or import charges and the estimated arrival window for your order. Ask us to explain anything that is unclear.
THE UNBOXING BIT.
Take a moment.
Take a closer look.
Before tyres go on or fitting begins, give every wheel a careful once-over.
01
Check the outside.
Look for tears, crushing or visible knocks to the packaging. Photograph anything unusual before unpacking.
02
Check each wheel.
Unpack carefully. Compare the finish, design and markings with your order details, then inspect the faces, rims and barrels.
03
Pause if something’s wrong.
Keep the packaging and get in touch with your order number. Clear photos help explain the issue; contact us even if you cannot take them.
THE DETAILS BEFORE THE BIG REVEAL.
A few things
worth knowing.
For a question about an existing order, include its number when you contact support.
support@nicesetmate.co.uk →Can I book fitting before the wheels arrive?
We recommend waiting until you have received and inspected the wheels. A delivery estimate is useful for planning, but it is not a fitting appointment.
What should I check before ordering?
The exact wheel specification, delivery address, delivery costs and estimated timing. If you have a deadline, unusual access or a question about import charges, discuss it with us before placing an order.
How do I ask about an order’s progress?
Contact support@nicesetmate.co.uk with your order number and delivery postcode. That gives us the details needed to look into your enquiry.
What if the packaging or a wheel looks damaged?
Photograph the packaging and the affected area if you can. Keep everything safe and contact us before fitting or using the wheel. Photos help us investigate; they are not a condition of your statutory rights.

LET’S TALK WHEELS.
A date in mind?
Talk it through.
Tell us which wheels you are considering, where they need to go and any timing you are working around.
